After hundreds of attempts, I have finally managed to make a video that beats the level in less than one minute! The completion time is 59 seconds and 77 hundredths.
Although there are two spots where I make slight mistakes, the extremely optimized part where the LocoRoco fall down through the spinning flowers more than makes up for those.
I do believe that sub 59 seconds is possible, but I do not believe that sub 58 is possible.
